Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Housing Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
