Recruiter - campus hiring (Boston, MA)

Foxglove Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Boston with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
