Recruiter - campus hiring (Boise, ID)

Clearpath Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
