Recruiter - campus hiring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Sable Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
