Recruiter - campus hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar Fox Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Birmingham area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
