Recruiter - campus hiring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Birch Care Services Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
