Recruiter - campus hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Amberfield Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Birmingham area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 865 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
