Recruiter - campus hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Cedar Loom Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 114 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
