Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Baltimore. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
