Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Rook Insurance is an insurance company in Baltimore with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
