Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Northwind West Freight is a Baltimore logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We reward reliability. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
