Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Fernwood Lakeside Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
