Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Rivermark Harbor Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
