Recruiter - campus hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Baltimore with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 803 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
