Recruiter - campus hiring (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Austin focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
