Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
