Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
