Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Timber Staffing is a Atlanta staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
