Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Summit Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Atlanta. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
