Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Technologies is a Atlanta charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
