Recruiter - campus hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Fernwood Sparrow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Atlanta area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
