Recruiter - campus hiring (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Summit Sable Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
