Recruiter - campus hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Basin Legal Group is a Albuquerque practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
