Recruiter - campus hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Ember Markets is a Albuquerque retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 302 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
