Recruiter - campus hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Summit Pike Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
