Recruiter - campus hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Summit West Telecom Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
