Recruiter - campus hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Willow Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 522 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
