Recruiter - campus hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Quill Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 465 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
