Northwind Orchard Banking Services is a bank with more than 1,000 employees and offices across Arizona. We are hiring a contract recruiter in Tucson. What you will do • Fill teller, banker and contact-centre openings in Tucson and Phoenix. • Hold hiring events with schools and community organisations. • Coordinate background checks and onboarding. What we are looking for • Two or more years recruiting for banking, retail or call-centre roles. • Strong communication and follow-up. Contract for eight months, on site in Tucson.
