Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Tampa, FL)

Nova Beacon Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tampa, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for pipe repairs. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
