Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Tampa, FL)

Cedar North Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tampa and nearby communities. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for billing accounts. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
