Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Richmond, VA)

Foxglove River Medical designs and makes medical devices in Richmond, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for production lots. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
