Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (Reno, NV)

Northwind Manufacturing is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 977 people based in Reno. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for tooling. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
