Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Greenridge Fern Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Jackson. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for customer specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
