Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Harborlight West Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Houston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for packing house output. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
