Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Louisville manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for work orders. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
