Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Lumen Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Louisville. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
