Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Harborlight Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Portland. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
