Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Northwind Cross Inspection Services is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for scheduling. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
