Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Bluepeak Vale Press is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for press runs. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
