Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Lumen Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Chicago. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for regulatory submissions. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
