Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Quality Inspector. The job centres on incoming inspection for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for machine downtime. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
