Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Nova Willow Pharma develops and makes medicines in Des Moines, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 401 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for release testing. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
