Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Westbrook Amber Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Baltimore plant. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 247 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for tooling. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
