Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Northwind Drift Foods is a Columbus food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for ingredient orders. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
