Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Northwind Beacon Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for regulatory submissions. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
