Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Foxglove Field Press is a printer and publisher in Detroit serving local and national clients, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for paper stock. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
