Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Silverline Cedar Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charleston, and we need a Quality Inspector to lead our incoming inspection. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for allergen controls. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. Nice to have • ASQ or similar certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
