Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

Amberfield Rook Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Quality Inspector to take on incoming inspection. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Record measurements and results accurately. • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Work with production to fix root causes. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for water quality. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. • Honest, careful and consistent. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
