Quality Inspector - incoming inspection (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Sparrow Farms and adding a Quality Inspector whose main responsibility will be incoming inspection. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Flag and quarantine anything that does not meet standards. • Inspect materials and finished work against specifications. • Support audits and corrective-action follow-up for cold storage. • Record measurements and results accurately. • Work with production to fix root causes. What we are looking for • Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. • Honest, careful and consistent. • Experience in quality, inspection or a similar detail-focused role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • ASQ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
